The yacht has been projected by Perini Navi with the collaboration of Reichel Pugh and it will be delivered to the owner in 2021. This is the second order recevied by Perini Navi for this new model.

The sale confirms the leadership of Italian shipyards in the manufacturing of mega yacht, a market that in the last few years has been growing steadily: more than the 30% of the world fleet of mega yachts has been developed by Italian shipyard and the market share of Italian players is even higher if one considers also the units currently under constructions.

Studio Legale Turci has assisted the buyers in the negotiation of the contract with the collaboration of the MYT Group based in Monaco, which took care of the technical profiles. This is the third new construction operation concerning leisure yacht measuring over 30 meters handled in 2018 by the team of Studio Legale Turci composed by Marco Turci with Lucia Pedrini and Luca Calzolari, who have also assisted the buyers with regard to the financial and fiscal aspects of the deals.
