Born in Genoa on 21 July 1996, he graduated with honours in July 2020 from the University of Genoa with a dissertation on International Law entitled “Marine Pollution from Ships in International and EU Law: Cooperation or Conflict?”. During his university studies he attended for one semester the University of Trier in Germany under the Erasmus programme.

He has been collaborating with Studio Turci since January 2020. He has been a lawyer since 2022 and was awarded the ‘Avv. Marcello Ferraris’ prize as the youngest lawyer in the Genoa Bar in 2022.

He is enrolled with a scholarship in the doctorate course in international law at the University of Genoa.
